Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting the online intake form.
By submitting this online intake form, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions with American Tax Services (“ATS”):
1. Engagement Authorization
Submission of this form constitutes authorization and engagement of ATS to prepare the client’s tax returns and related filings based on the information provided.
2. Agreement to Pricing
By submitting this form, the client agrees to any pricing or fee quotation previously provided by ATS representatives via email, telephone, WhatsApp, or other written or verbal communication.
3. Payment Terms
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of the tax return preparation services and prior to filing or release of completed documents, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are not contingent upon the amount of any tax refund or the outcome of any tax matter.
4. Late Payment Interest
Any unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per month until paid in full.
5. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by ATS shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration before Adv. Daniel Larin at his offices in Herzliya, Israel. The client waives the right to bring claims in court except where prohibited by law.
6. Scope of Engagement
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in prior written communications with ATS representatives, the engagement and quoted fees include only the preparation of tax returns and related filings. The engagement does not include tax planning, consultations, IRS correspondence, phone calls, audits, notices, amended returns, or other representation services.
7. IRS Representation and Follow-Up Services
IRS representation services, including but not limited to preparation of Form 3911, follow-up communications with the IRS by telephone, fax, mail, or email, and any additional post-filing assistance requested by the client, shall be billed separately at a rate of 2,000 NIS per hour plus applicable VAT.
8. Acknowledgement
By checking the acknowledgement box and submitting this form, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
